On Thursday May 19th, Amatorius’ own Shokolada (me) was the interview guest on the Erotic Awakening podcast. I talked about Messy Dessert play: what, how, and why not! Check out episode EA119 for my suggestions on properly having fun with your food!

I’ll also be putting on a Messy Dessert play class at Dark Odyssey: Fusion, on Sunday June 26; this time with a live demonstration of the best ways to make you or your favorite bottom look like the yummy aftermath of an explosion in a bakery. Perhaps I’ll see some of you there!

Website Relaunch

Yup, it’s the new Amatorius website. Improved? Well, you’ll have to come to your own conclusions there. I slaved for days and days over a hot keyboard, under the torture of cryptic CSS and unforgiving Photoshop to bring this to you! Now, we can have multiple contributors, and an event calendar, and the possibility of more goodies to come.

If you like it, feel free to leave a comment! If you don’t like it, well, tell Jen or Dylan, because I’m not sure my fragile ego can take it. *sob*.

Kinky Silent Auction

Silent Auction for Bruce

As most of you know our dear Bruce needs our help. We are organizing an auction to help raise funds for him. If anyone wants to donate something (it doesn’t have to be kinky), please contact us privately so we can get the information and the item, unless it is something like a baked good that needs to be made that day.

Examples of things to donate:

• a baked good
• Books
• household item
• A kinky toy – homemade or bought
• Craft item that you made
• 1 hour of service
o house cleaning
o topping for a scene
o bottoming for a scene
o yard work
o teaching a skill
o tutoring

If you have services to offer, please write up a description of what you are offering, the specifics involved, and email it to us.

Once we get a good list of items being offered, we’ll post it here. We will be collecting items for about a month, so please let us know what you have to offer as soon as possible.

Let’s show our support for Bruce by doing what we can! As Eilvanwyn stated, “He’s not only an integral member of Amatorius and good friend, but damn it, this man is family.”

The Bruce Fund

Dear Amatorius,

I’m sure many of you have heard, but Bruce has been diagnosed with, and has recently undergone surgery for cancer. He will be in a local rehabilitation center for the next 30 days and will be out of work for about 6 weeks. Bruce was an integral part of starting and maintaining T.I.E.D. in its earlier years, and served on its board of directors for some time. He also served as president of the KnightHawks in Norfolk, and was integral in the success of that club as well. Although there is no board on which to serve for Amatorius, he created our name, and has been a loyal slave, friend and advisor to me for many years.

During this time, Bruce has no income to draw upon, and I hope that those who can afford to help, can donate a little bit of money to assist with his bills while he is out of work. We are trying to raise $1500 to assist with his medical and other bills, but any amount that anyone could afford would be helpful.
